BEFORE THE FAIR

• Complete your GRC profile: experience, work history, references, CV, and certifications. Click to update your profile​​​ (https://db.grcfair.org/)
 • Confirm your Fair attendance through your profile((https://db.grcfair.org/)or mark “not attending”)
 • Apply for roles (https://db.grcfair.org/jobs)and connect with schools via the GRC database
 • Use the “Attending Fair” filter under Vacancies to view Fair-specific roles
 • Watch GRC PD videos (https://www.grcfair.org/pd)to understand what schools are looking for
 • Prepare printed copies of your CV and a short self-introduction (30–60 seconds)

ON THE DAY

• Dress formally for the duration of the event. 
 • Bring your interview organizer sheet (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wJIW3oIDQH29Bbp3jOIIGN3SdccsZdoQ9okqtQLmvko/edit)and confirm interview locations with recruiters
 • Wear your name badge at all times (entry without a badge is not permitted)
 • Communicate with schools via email only (no on-site mailboxes)
 • Use email to communicate with schools. Recruiter email addresses are available in the GRC database under 'School Lists'.

 • Late registrations (within one week of the Fair) will receive a blank ID card
 • We are a Green Fair: no printed materials will be distributed

After Securing a Role
Hide your profile in "Settings" and inform the schools. Update your email to personal if using a school email.
 • If you used a school account, switch to alumni status and update your personal email. Partners should do the same for linked accounts.​​

BEFORE THE FAIR
 • Review and update your school profile (https://db.grcfair.org/)(details, hiring preferences, qualifications, visa requirements, salary range, benefits, and social media).
 • Ensure vacancies linked to your profile are accurate and up to date.
 • Register for the Fair through your school profile settings.
 • Mark attending recruiters under Recruiters and confirm who will attend.
 • If not attending, please mark your school as “not attending”.

CONNECTING WITH CANDIDATES
 • Reach out to candidates via the GRC database.
 • Add candidate profiles to your open positions.
 • Use the Attending Fair filter to view candidates attending the Fair. 
 • Your open positions are listed here f(https://db.grcfair.org/jobs)or candidates to view.

ON ARRIVAL
 • Collect recruiter ID badges at the GRC table using your registered school and name.
 • Present a school or government-issued ID for verification.
 • Wear your blue lanyard and name badge at all times.
 • You may collect ID badges for all recruiters from your school at the GRC Table.

AT THE FAIR
 • Plan meetings strategically for both current and future vacancies.
 • Dress formally.

 • Confirm interview locations with candidates before they leave your table.
 • Communicate with candidates via email (LinkedIn messaging may be used by mutual agreement).
 • Please bring your water bottle; refill stations are available at the school.

FAIR SET UP
 • GRC will provide a table(3.6 feet x 2 feet) and two chairs with your school name displayed.
 • Schools should bring their own tablecloth, vacancy list, standees, and stationery.
 • Please display your vacancy list at your table, either as a printed copy or digitally on your laptop (you may also play a school video on mute).

CLOSING VACANCIES
 • Inform all applicants via email once a role is filled
 • Update vacancy status to “Closed” in the system
 • Use the automatic email feature where applicable
