SCHEDULE AND CANDIDATE GUIDELINES

INTERVIEW SIGNUP:

Candidates meet recruiters and sign up for interviews. This is the only time to sign-up for interviews.​

• Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 8:45 AM to 10:30 AM
• Double Tree by Hilton (Bur Juman)

INTERVIEWS WITH SCHOOLS:

Schools will determine their schedule for interviews and inform candidates. Interviews will take place on December 7 and 8, 2024 as scheduled by the interviewing school.

• Interview Sign ups: Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 8:45 AM to 10:30 AM

CANDIDATE AND RECRUITER CHECK-IN:

Candidates and Recruiters will need to check-in before the Fair to collect their name badge form the GRC helpdesk in Reception - Foyer

• Candidates are encouraged to check in on Friday.
• Friday - December 6, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Saturday - December 7, 2024 from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM

IMPORTANT: Candidates are required to wear your name badge at all times. Candidates without an ID badge will not be permitted.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• GRC will not provide any meals.
• GRC will not provide parking at the Double Tree by Hilton.
• We are a Green Fair (paperless). No Fair printouts will be distributed.
• You can print and bring copies of your resume and the interview organizer sheet. Candidates can use the business center at the Double Tree by Hilton for printing.

• During the Fair, candidates should communicate with recruiting schools via email. There are no mail boxes. Recruiter emails are listed in the GRC database.
• You will receive a Username and Password for Wifi access at the Double Tree by Hilton.

PERSONALIZED COACHING FOR CANDIDATES​

DUBAI FAIR: The GRC invites candidates to sign up for a personalised coaching session to support them as they seek their next position.

• Register here for In-Person Coaching in Dubai on Friday - December 6, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM. School leaders will lead the coaching session.
• There is no charge for this service.

FOR HIRED CANDIDATES ONLY

• Log into your profile in the GRC Database
• Select the “Settings” tab, and hide your profile.
• You may also update your email to your personal email by becoming an Alumni teacher.
