SECURED A JOB?

• Hide your profile in "Settings" and inform the schools. Update your email to a personal one if using a school email.

• If you used a school account, switch to alumni status and update your personal email. Partners should do the same for linked accounts.​​

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2025 (BANGKOK TIME)​

• 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM - Candidate ID Pickup

• 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM - Coaching session led by School Leaders

• Candidates register for coaching on the GRC Database

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2025 (BANGKOK TIME)

• 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM - Candidate ID Pickup

• 8:30 AM to 8:45 AM - GRC Welcome, Announcements, and Fair opening by GRC Executive Director

• 8:45 AM to 11:30 AM - Interview Signup with schools. This is your designated window to sign up for interviews; make it count. The process moves quickly, with brief 5-minute conversations that resemble speed networking. Use this time wisely to highlight your strengths and secure meaningful interview opportunities. Preparation is key to making a memorable impression.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2025 (BANGKOK TIME)

• Interview with schools: Schools will set their own interview schedules and notify candidates accordingly.

• Interviews will be conducted on October 25 and 26, 2025, based on the schedule determined by each school.​

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• All candidates must wear their name badges at all times while on the premises. Entry to the venue will not be permitted without a valid ID badge.

• Please note that registrations completed within one week of the fair will not receive pre-printed ID cards. At check-in, you will be provided with a blank ID card to write your name on.

• GRC will not provide any meals.

• GRC will not provide parking at the Holiday Inn.

• We are a Green Fair (paperless). No printouts will be distributed.

• You can print and bring copies of your resume and the interview organizer sheet. Candidates can use the business centre at the Holiday Inn for printing.

• GRC Bangkok floor plan.

• During the Fair, candidates should communicate with recruiting schools via email. There are no mailboxes. Recruiter emails are listed in the GRC database.

• You will receive a Username and Password for Wifi access at the Holiday Inn.

SCHOOL PROFILE UPDATE

• Ensure your school profile is up-to-date by reviewing and updating all sections, including Details, Teacher Hiring Preferences, Teacher Experience and Qualifications, Visa Regulatory Requirements, Salary Expectations, Additional Benefits, and Social Media.

• Your school profile is directly linked to the vacancies posted in our database. A comprehensive and accurate profile helps attract candidates who align with your school’s requirements and expectations.

SIGN UP FOR THE FAIR

• Register for the fair through your school profile settings.

• Add recruiters who will be attending the fair by clicking their name under 'recruiters' and marking them as attending. This helps us track attendance and prepare ID cards.

• Recruiters can join the Leadership Huddle by clicking on their name and selecting the 'Leadership Huddle' option.

• If your school is not attending, please mark it as "not attending."

CONNECT WITH CANDIDATES

• Reach out to candidates through the GRC database and add their profiles to your open positions.

• You will be able to use the attending fair filter to see candidates attending. View your open positions here.

ID CARD PICKUP

• Upon arrival at the GRC table, please provide your school name and first name as registered in our database and present a school or government ID for identity verification.

• Remember to wear your blue lanyard at all times. You may also pick up ID cards for all recruiters in your school.

SIGN UP TO COACH CANDIDATES

• Register for in-person candidate coaching to meet with candidates on October 24, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. (Recruiter Signup Link)

PLAN YOUR MEETINGS

• Be intentional in scheduling meetings with candidates during the fair. Consider both immediate hiring needs and potential future opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

• Since there will be no post office facility at the fair, plan to communicate with candidates via email (LinkedIn messaging is another way to chat instantly if you agree with the Candidate beforehand).

CLOSING A VACANCY

When closing a vacancy, ensure you:

• Notify all candidates who applied for the position via email.

• Update the status of the vacancy to "Closed" in the system.

• You can streamline this process by using the automatic email feature to inform candidates once the vacancy is closed.

• The main ballroom will be available only on October 25, 2025, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm for conducting interviews.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2024 (BANGKOK TIME)

• Interview with Candidates: Schools will determine their interview schedule and inform candidates. Schools are requested to arrange interview locations, such as their rooms, suites, meeting rooms, or the hotel's coffee shop.

• The main ballroom is not available on 26th October 2025.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• Recruiters are required to wear their name badges at all times. Recruiters without an ID badge will not be permitted at the venue.

• GRC will provide you with a table(6ft long, 2ft wide) and 2 chairs with a tablecloth and the school name mentioned on the table. The school is responsible for bringing its Vacancy list, Standees, and stationery for the fair. (Please bring a printed copy of the list of vacancies to display on your table.)

• We are a Green Fair (paperless). No Fair printouts will be distributed.

• You can print and bring copies of the recruiter's sign-up sheet. Recruiters can use the business centre at the Double Tree by Hilton for printing.
