These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and GRCFair Private Limited, having its registered address at 103, Range Heights, Link Road, Oshiwara West, Near Oshiwara Metro Station, Mumbai 400 102 ("GRC" or "Global Recruitment Collaborative"). By using the services provided by GRC, you agree to abide by these Terms and any other policies and guidelines incorporated by reference herein.

1. General Terms

 

1.1. Eligibility: GRC's services are intended for use by schools and recruiters seeking to hire personnel . Candidates may also use our services. By using GRC, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

 

1.2. No Liability: GRC acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting recruiters, and candidates. We do not endorse, screen, or vouch for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any actions (or omissions) of any User, whether a school, recruiter, or candidate, and any resulting consequences thereof.

 

2. Registration and Accounts

 

2.1. Account Creation: To access our services, you are  required to create  an account with GRC. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

 

2.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. GRC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

 

3. Fees and Payments

 

3.1. Schools and Recruiters: These stakeholders may be required to pay fees for certain services offered by GRC. The fee structure will be communicated separately and is subject to change at GRC's discretion. Payments must be made promptly as per the terms provided.

 

3.2. Candidates: GRC offers its placement services to candidates free of charge. There are no fees associated with candidate registration or use of the platform.

 

4. Content and Conduct

 

4.1. User Content: Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the GRC database. By posting content, you grant GRC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with GRC's services.

 

4.2. Prohibited Content: Users shall not post, upload, or otherwise transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. GRC reserves the right to remove or restrict access to such content without notice.

 

5. Termination

 

GRC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, and any content associated with your account may be deleted.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

GRC provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of our services.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the extent permitted by law, GRC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
